12.6" RECTANGULAR METAL PEEL

This 12.6″ rectangular, aluminate iron pizza peel with a 47″ aluminum handle is a quality, lightweight, and handy tool perfect for home use and with our smaller wood fired ovens, like the Primavera, Giardino, or Napolino. Use for setting pizzas and bread in your pizza oven.

The head/handle joint employs an overlay of the two elements, and is secured by three in-line rivets that create stiffness and eliminate movement. The oval tubular handle ensures stability and prevents rotation when placing standard pizzas (10”-12”.)
