CBO-750 Hybrid Stand boasts a powerful dual-burner gas system: an ambient burner delivering 39,000 BTUs (Natural Gas) or 35,000 BTUs (Propane Gas) for even heat distribution, and an infrared burner providing 39,000 BTUs (Natural Gas) or 34,500 BTUs (Propane Gas) for perfect searing.

For quick heating, our new hybrid oven includes a two-burner gas system, with an infrared burner under the hearth and an ambient burner at the back of the hearth. You can also burn wood at the back or side of the oven to attain that smoky wood-fired flavor that Chicago Brick Oven is known for.

Made entirely in America, the CBO Hybrid features our CBO-750 model which offers over 41″ x 28″ of cooking surface and is certified to UL Standards
